Goal #1. Get to my Air Force weight. I joined Weight Watchers 2 weeks ago and my starting weight was 230 ouch! I have not been able to get back yet to see how it’s going but I am feeling better. I will need to lose about 10 pounds a month to be in form for the spud.

I joined weight watcher too! about 3 weeks ago. When I weighed in tonight I had lost 5.6 pounds!!!

I went back just under 220 now.
